We offer three service plans as well as custom options so that you can meet your needs without exceeding your budget. All of our plans include our commitment to your success!

Service Plans
The following services are incorporated into ALL three Service Plans (dedicated hours may differ by plan):

Service and Support.
Centex IT attends to your necessary repairs and routine maintenance.

Client/Server.
Operating System support and Network Administration.

Audit and Documentation.
Provides an initial analysis or audit to generate documentation and diagrams of your infrastructure. Moving forward, a complete maintenance history is retained.

Asset Management Program.
Used to determine if your systems are updated and licensed.

Basic IT Planning.
After initial assessment and documentation, we provide recommendations, as needed, to make your System Infrastructure more cost-effective and to ensure the security of your system/data.

Monthly Service Statement.
Each month you will receive a statement of all services performed by date and service type.

Parts Warranty.
Parts replaced on any system may come with a warranty of which you will be notified at the time of replacement. This warranty will be tracked in our Asset Management System.
