General On-call support

Available anytime for anyone in need service to be done to their computer infrastructure. This is for those who do not already have a service level agreement with us. This is the least economical option and does not take advantage of our collaborative process to manage your IT infrastructure.

Included in our Support Service plans at no cost:

• Documentation and Organization: an initial analysis or audit, the results of which are used to create documentation and diagrams of your infrastructure.
• Asset Management program
• Business Team Partnership: Your own Account Manager to be a part of your Business Team
